Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts (MA)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Understanding of IEP processes and the ability to document progress effectively
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach for working with children of varied abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-age students per individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each students goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide resources and training to educators to promote student success and classroom accessibility
