Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous professional experience in a school-based environment
  • Expertise in planning and implementing interventions aligned with IEP goals for students K-12

  • Commitment to promoting student independence, access, and engagement within school routines

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students, addressing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and adaptive skills
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and records in compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Consult with educators and parents, providing strategies and accommodations for optimal student participation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing occupational therapy insights and advocating for each students needs
  • Adapt and modify the learning environment and curriculum materials as necessary for inclusion

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
