Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
  • Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt session strategies to meet a wide range of student needs
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver goal-oriented OT interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic participation
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP requirements, and contribute to student evaluations
  • Provide recommendations and training for adaptive equipment or classroom modifications
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery
