A full-time occupational therapist position is available in a school setting located in Brockton, MA. This contracted role focuses on providing specialized OT services to students with severe disabilities, requiring a compassionate and skilled professional dedicated to enhancing student participation and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans tailored to students with severe disabilities.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and functional participation.
- Conduct assessments to identify students sensory, motor, and cognitive needs and document outcomes.
- Provide direct therapy services and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications to improve student independence.
