Make a positive impact on students lives in a supportive educational environment as a contract Occupational Therapist. Located near vibrant Brighton, CO, this onsite opportunity involves working part-timejust 1.5 days per weekserving a manageable caseload of 20 students. You'll be part of a collaborative team, supporting learners from August 13th, 2026 through May 20th, 2027.
What youll bring:
- Active Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized educational and therapeutic plans
- Commitment to fostering independence and participation in all school activities
- Background in evaluating, planning, and facilitating interventions for a diverse student population
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and consultative services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document services and progress according to state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expert OT perspective
- Maintain a supportive, encouraging environment for children to thrive
