Requirements to Succeed:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Jersey
- Previous experience or strong interest in school-based practice, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and implementation of therapy in educational environments
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and proactively address student needs in a fast-paced, supportive setting
What Youll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students per their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to individual student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation
