A contract Occupational Therapist position is available in a school setting located in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This role involves providing specialized support to students requiring occupational therapy services, helping them develop the skills necessary for academic and daily activities within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy interventions as necessary
- Provide recommendations on adaptive equipment and assistive technology to enhance participation

Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license with credentials to practice in Connecticut
