Occupational Therapist School-Based Contract Position
Location: Bridgeport, CT

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students within a school setting through a contract opportunity in Bridgeport, CT. This role focuses on delivering specialized therapeutic services that promote the development and success of children in educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans focusing on occupational therapy goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and provide recommendations.
• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
