Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students needs and develop targeted treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and monitor IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or adaptive equipment
- Promote inclusion and advocate for accessibility within the educational environment
