Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students at an elementary school in Bound Brook, NJ. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity working with Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade students through the end of January.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to Pre-K1st Grade students
  • Support the development of fine motor, sensory, self-care, and developmental skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and interventions
  • Monitor student progress and document services provided
  • Write progress notes and maintain accurate student records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals
  • Provide support and recommendations to help students succeed in the classroom environment

Requirements

  • Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
