What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
- Demonstrated experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
- Strong ability to conduct thorough assessments and design effective individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Commitment to fostering growth, independence, and success in students of diverse backgrounds
Your Daily Impact:
- Provide therapy to students onsite and via teletherapy, adapting to individual needs
- Complete assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and develop IEP-aligned treatment strategies
- Guide and educate family members and school staff in effective therapy techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as required for optimal outcomes
