Position Overview

We are seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a district near Boston, MA. This role focuses on helping students build the motor, sensory, and functional skills needed for success in the classroom and daily school activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct OT evaluations and screenings
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy (fine motor, sensory, self-help skills)
  • Track progress and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Massachusetts OT license
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • School-based experience a plus
