Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license.
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Assess students needs and develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy following IEPs and district guidelines.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, session notes, and progress reports.
  • Engage with educators and parents to support effective intervention and carryover of skills.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success plans.
