Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in school settings or working with K-12 populations is highly desired
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs and IEP goals
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a varied caseload onsite

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behaviors
• Conduct assessments, write evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Support IEP development and attend team meetings as an onsite OT resource
• Communicate progress and strategies to staff and caregivers, fostering student participation in school activities
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with all regulatory and district guidelines
