Step into a meaningful role supporting young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Boston, MA. You'll be working onsite, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to deliver targeted speech and language services. This position provides a consistent weekly schedule of 35-40 hours, ensuring both stability and an engaging workload.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
• Prior school-based SLP experience or a passion for working in educational settings
• Familiarity with the needs of preschool-aged children
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt strategies to support diverse learners
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities within the preschool population
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans to address identified needs
• Maintain detailed records and monitor student progress
• Collaborate regularly with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
• Provide consultative support and resources to families and staff
