Job Description

Step into an impactful role serving students across two school sites as a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 academic year. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license is required
  • Previous experience providing OT services in school environments preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
  • Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptability to work seamlessly across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, supporting educational and developmental goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and family members
  • Assess students abilities, plan interventions, and track progress
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and best support practices
  • Document services and maintain compliance with state and district regulations
  • Travel between two designated schools during the workweek
