Step into an impactful role serving students across two school sites as a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 academic year. Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license is required
- Previous experience providing OT services in school environments preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
- Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to work seamlessly across multiple sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, supporting educational and developmental goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and family members
- Assess students abilities, plan interventions, and track progress
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and best support practices
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and district regulations
- Travel between two designated schools during the workweek
