Ideal Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare OT settings
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to new environments
• Proficiency in utilizing digital therapy tools, when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment programs for students
• Deliver direct therapy services in-person and remotely as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Track progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current
