Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid OT license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Adaptable and motivated, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students needs and develop individualized goals and treatment plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning process
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students functional abilities
