Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license in North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Proficient in a variety of assessment tools and intervention strategies for children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy into classroom activities
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy progress and student outcomes
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support holistic educational planning
• Provide training and resources for school staff on best practices in occupational therapy
