Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Creative problem-solving and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to their IEP goals
• Evaluate and assess students to identify their needs and abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and functional achievements
• Document progress, maintain records, and prepare reports as required
• Offer guidance and training to school staff and families regarding interventions and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting meaningful goals
