A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Bernalillo, NM, supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This position requires in-person work at a school setting, offering 37.5 hours per week. The role focuses primarily on serving approximately 30 students, predominantly at the elementary level, providing critical therapeutic support to enhance student participation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support goal setting and progress monitoring

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in school-based settings, ideally with elementary school populations
• Strong skills in pediatric occupational therapy assessment and interventions
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 students efficiently
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
