Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' occupational therapy needs within the school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to enhance students' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities.
- Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide guidance on accommodations and adaptive techniques.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license appropriate for the working state.
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with students, families, and school professionals.
