Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active CA Occupational Therapy license required
  • Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare OT settings
  • Knowledge of best practices in school OT service delivery
  • Ability to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with remote interview process

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative OT services to students with a variety of needs
  • Assess, plan, and implement interventions to support students learning and participation
  • Collaborate with educators, parents/guardians, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
  • Travel between assigned schools as needed and manage a dynamic caseload
