Job Description

This full-time, on-site contract role runs through May 2027, providing you with the chance to develop lasting relationships with students, faculty, and families. You'll work closely with a diverse caseload, collaborating with colleagues and other school professionals to create environments where children can develop the skills needed for academic and life success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current California OT license required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desirable
  • Knowledge of IEP process and relevant documentation practices
  • Skilled in performing evaluations, writing reports, and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students
  • Assess and document students strengths and areas for growth
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with students needs and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy activities within the academic environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive school atmosphere

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
