What Youll Bring:

• Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred, especially working with elementary-age children
• Skilled at adapting interventions for diverse student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to efficiently manage caseload and documentation within school timelines

What Youll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in alignment with IEP goals
• Evaluate and assess students to determine therapy needs using evidence-based practices
• Develop treatment plans aimed at improving students participation and independence in school-related activities
• Collaborate with special education teams to support student success and address teacher concerns
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school policies
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and communicate student progress to families and staff
