Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (PA OT) license required
• Experience providing occupational therapy in school settings preferred
• Familiarity with school-based and home health OT practices considered an asset
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting students developmental and educational needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized therapy services onsite, once per week, for 30 minutes with a 6th grade student
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to the students unique goals and challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with school requirements
• Consult and collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and related service providers
• Track and report student progress, regularly reviewing plans to ensure optimal outcomes
