An opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based setting in Belvidere, Illinois. This full-time contract position offers a flexible caseload within a supportive educational environment, focused on delivering quality occupational therapy services to students.

Location:

• On-site in Belvidere, IL

Schedule:

• Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in the school setting
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student needs
• Assess and develop individualized therapy plans
• Document and monitor student progress according to school district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills essential
• Ability to work full-time on-site during school hours
