Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license (OT)
• Relevant experience within pediatric, school, or educational settings preferred
• Ability to adapt interventions and communication strategies to a diverse student population
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and support staff
• Commitment to meeting district-specific compliance standards and documentation requirements

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine needs, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services within a school-based framework
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on accommodations, classroom strategies, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
