Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and modify interventions that support educational goals
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students functional strengths and needs within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing participation and performance in school activities
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students receiving OT services
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Provide training and resources to staff and parents as needed
• Adapt environments and tools to maximize student access and engagement
