Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Expertise in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and compliance
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to K-12 students via teletherapy
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and timely reports to ensure compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Adapt materials and strategies to meet student needs in a virtual environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and case conferences as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
