Make a difference in the lives of students by providing essential occupational therapy services in a vibrant school environment for the upcoming 20262027 academic year. In this fully onsite contract role, youll support childrens ability to participate in everyday school activities, collaborating with educators and families to help each student grow and thrive.

What Were Looking For:

• Active/valid Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required at time of submission)
• Previous school-based OT experience (a must-have for success)
• Strong background working with pediatric or elementary school caseloads
• Flexibility and commitment to a full-time, onsite schedule
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct occupational therapy interventions tailored to students IEPs and developmental needs
• Evaluating students and developing individualized goals and treatment plans
• Collaborating with special education staff, teachers, and families to promote students success in the school environment
• Keeping thorough documentation and accurate progress notes compliant with school and state requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapting activities and environments to support student engagement and access throughout the school day
