Job Description

This contract opportunity takes place in a vibrant community near Battle Ground, WA, and serves a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students across multiple schools, from kindergarten through high school. Your expertise will contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to supporting students with a variety of needs.

What You Bring:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license and ESA credential
  • Previous experience or interest in working with school-age children
  • Ability to adapt interventions for a broad range of disabilities and needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a student-centered approach

Role Overview:

  • Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Evaluate and assess students for OT needs and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
  • Develop individualized intervention plans and adapt strategies for classroom integration
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional learning
  • Serve as an advocate for student abilities and inclusion
  • Travel between schools in Vancouver, Woodland, and Camas may be needed
