Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' abilities and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to integrate OT goals within the classroom
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support students independence and functional growth
