Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and eligibility to work in Illinois
• Previous experience in at least one of the following: schools, home health, healthcare, teletherapy, or pediatric settings
• Ability to adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery
• Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple assignments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in alignment with their IEPs
• Utilize the district IEP system (training provided) for documentation and reporting
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed; mileage is reimbursed
• Assess student needs and develop personalized intervention plans
• Work with a diverse caseload, adjusting techniques to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and consult with district staff and families
• Maintain accurate treatment records and comply with district procedures and timelines
