Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school setting. This position focuses on providing Occupational Therapy services for a 12-week FMLA coverage, with the potential for extension. Based near Ballwin, MO, youll be working on-site, collaborating with staff and making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents.

Your role will involve working approximately 37.5 hours per week across assigned schools, serving a diverse caseload under the guidance of experienced professionals. The assignment begins on 10/14/26 and is anticipated to continue through 1/29/27, covering a dedicated Occupational Therapists maternity leave.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Missouri OT License required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Up-to-date with district credentialing (must complete fingerprinting and submit TCN number)
• Technology agreement form completion is a district prerequisite
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Passion for helping students overcome barriers and achieve their goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions in accordance with student IEPs
• Assess, develop, and implement intervention plans for students of varying abilities and ages
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Adapt interventions as necessary to fit school settings and student needs
