Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting PreK through 8th-grade students for the 20262027 academic year. This full-time position40 hours per week across 5 daysoffers a chance to make a lasting difference as you deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a vibrant educational environment. The assignment begins in early August and spans the school year, allowing you to work closely with students, families, and school teams.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Current and valid Arizona Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Background in school-based OT with PreK8th grade preferred
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Collaborative spirit with effective communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy for students with diverse needs in classroom and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports per regulatory and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in supporting student learning and independence
