Job Description

Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting PreK through 8th-grade students for the 20262027 academic year. This full-time position40 hours per week across 5 daysoffers a chance to make a lasting difference as you deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a vibrant educational environment. The assignment begins in early August and spans the school year, allowing you to work closely with students, families, and school teams.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Current and valid Arizona Occupational Therapy (OT) license
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Background in school-based OT with PreK8th grade preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability
  • Collaborative spirit with effective communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy for students with diverse needs in classroom and small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports per regulatory and school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in supporting student learning and independence
