Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active and current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with K-12 populations
  • Strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices, IEP processes, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Collaborate with educational staff and participate in IEP meetings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to school and legal requirements
