Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license (IL OT License)
- Previous experience in schools, especially with elementary resource and self-contained caseloads, preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to diverse student needs and environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services onsite to elementary students (resource and self-contained)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
- Travel between school locations as schedule requires
