Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Dedication to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assess students needs regarding fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living within the school context
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and progress
- Maintain accurate records and write detailed progress notes and reports
- Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding strategies to support student participation
- Support students in achieving greater independence and classroom participation

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.14 to $68.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
