Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience or specialization in school-based OT and healthcare-related OT preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills for effectively managing caseloads
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary and middle school students is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students unique strengths and areas needing support
- Develop and implement customized therapy interventions to promote participation and success within the school environment
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and comply with all state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to IEP meetings as needed
