Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Colorado
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to design and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
• Adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment programs tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to ensure students goals are supported in and out of the classroom
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Provide training and resources to school staff to support the integration of occupational therapy strategies
