Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state Occupational Therapy license and certification
- Experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
- Background in home health or healthcare OT a plus

- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine functional needs and recommend individualized therapeutic interventions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to support academic success and daily living skills
- Deliver OT services individually or in groups, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
- Partner with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate OT strategies into the classroom and home environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
