Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active GA OT license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school-based setting (preferred)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Passionate about supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess student needs, develop intervention strategies, and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with teachers and families to integrate OT strategies into daily routines
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt interventions to meet the unique challenges of each student, fostering independence
