Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Maine
• Experience supporting pediatric or school-based populations, particularly preschoolers
• Familiarity with a variety of OT settings including home health, healthcare, and teletherapy is a plus
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication skills for working with parents, teachers, and school staff
• Commitment to maintaining accurate, compliant documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based OT services to a preschool caseload
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support student participation and engagement
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to IEP/IFSP meetings as needed
• Offer parent and teacher consultation for strategies to reinforce goals in various settings
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions for maximum impact
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
