Assignment Details

  • Start Date End Date: ASAP June 2026
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Caseload: PreK 4th Grade

About the Role

Join Sunbelt Staffing as a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role focuses on supporting early childhood and elementary students in developing the functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation. The ideal candidate has a passion for working in school settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct student evaluations and assessments
  • Prepare detailed evaluation and progress reports
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals/objectives
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK4th)
  • Attend and actively participate in team and IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation


Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Massachusetts OT license required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
