Job Description

Your day-to-day will include providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of elementary-aged students. The assignment offers a consistent MondayFriday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid and active Occupational Therapist license (OT) in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver therapy sessions focused on improving fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
