Key Qualifications:
- Current and active California Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in school-based, home health, and/or healthcare OT settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service provision
- Background working with children and adolescents, ideally within K-12 education
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth, independence, and participation
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and implement therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal learning environments
- Deliver therapy both on campus and through teletherapy as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district requirements
- Support students with a range of motor, sensory, adaptive, and social needs to achieve educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based problem-solving
