Job Description

This onsite role is ideal for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist ready to make a lasting impact in school communities. Youll collaborate with educators and families to deliver occupational therapy services and help students succeed throughout the academic year.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Active and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Experience in school settings serving elementary, middle, or high school populations
  • Strong evaluation and documentation skills
  • Aptitude for working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and support overflow needs as they arise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services for assigned caseloads across elementary, middle, or high school groups
  • Conduct thorough evaluations as needed for overflow and support assignments
  • Work independently onsite Tuesday through Friday from 7:30 AM4:30 PM
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to foster student skills and independence
  • Maintain timely, accurate records of interventions, progress, and evaluations
  • Provide input for IEP team meetings, collaborating with educators and families
  • Offer support across multiple buildings as needed, including Henderson/Prairie View or other designated campuses
