Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current OT license required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families
• Commitment to upholding the ethical standards and best practices of occupational therapy

Responsibilities:

• Assess and address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills for a caseload of approximately 20 students
• Create and implement targeted therapy interventions that support student learning and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated support and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
