Job Description

Step into an impactful opportunity supporting students across a welcoming district near Arlington, WA. In this contract, school-based Occupational Therapy role, youll work with a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students across all age groups districtwide. Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to deliver services that drive student success and enhance everyday functioning.

Qualifications:

  • Active OT license
  • ESA certification issued by OSPI
  • Experience providing occupational therapy in an educational or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations and age ranges
  • Ability to manage a busy schedule and meet required deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students districtwide
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Consult regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure effective strategies and accommodations
  • Document progress, maintain accurate student records, and comply with all district and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP reviews
  • Provide training and resources to educational staff as needed
