Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students growth and independence through occupational therapy services in a K-12 setting near Arlington, TX. This full-time, onsite position offers the unique chance to make a meaningful difference across varied grade levels, with a manageable caseload of 4560 students dependent on service needs. Youll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Texas via the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Experience providing occupational therapy in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and scheduling
• Passion for helping students achieve functional goals in educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate students functional abilities and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
• Adapt interventions to address students evolving needs throughout the school year
